Wood Partners<\/a>\u2019 Alta Belmont community is already proving to be a success with renters, in spite of the fact that it hasn\u2019t been completed yet. Property management duties at the community are currently being handled by Wood Residential Services, a division within Wood Partners.<\/p>\n

Located at 400 Belmont Place in Smyrna, GA, the 274-unit luxury apartment community is just 10 miles away from Atlanta\u2019s core. The community also offers proximity to the airport, as well as the Braves\u2019 new stadium, currently under construction. The community\u2019s name comes from its presence in the Belmont mixed-use community, a 48-acre venture that\u2019s being carried out by Halpern Enterprises<\/a> in Smyrna.<\/p>\n

In terms of amenities, Alta Belmont is a pet-friendly, smoke-free community that offers residents a fitness club, yoga studio, fire pit, a social lounge, and detached garages. The unit mix at the property features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as studios. Alta Belmont is Wood Parnters\u2019 22nd multifamily community in its hometown of Atlanta.
