Cantata at the Trails<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

ReNUE Properties<\/a>, doing business as\u00a0Cantata at the Trails LLC, acquired a large residential complex located in Westside Albuquerque.<\/p>\n

Cantata at the Trails Apartments<\/a> was sold by RCS-Cantata LLC, an affiliate of Real Capital Solution<\/a> of Louisville, Colo. Colliers International<\/a> brokered the transaction on both sides through the Albuquerque and Phoenix offices. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed, but the property had been listed at $39 million. The asset was purchased with a Freddie Mac loan funded by the Phoenix office of Walker & Dunlap.<\/p>\n

Built in 2013, Cantata at the Trails is a two-story apartment community that consists of 260 townhome style rental units sitting on approximately 17.05 acres. The community’s 56 buildings offer a unit mix that is approximately 41 percent one-bedroom, 37 percent two-bedroom, and 22 percent three-bedroom residences. Located at 6700 Cantata St., the property is close to major employment centers, including the Rust Medical Center, Central New Mexico Community College, the University of New Mexico, and the downtown area.<\/p>\n

Common amenities include a swimming pool, spa, outdoor barbecues, fitness center, business center, direct access garage parking for every unit, plus additional open parking spaces. Unit amenities feature in-suite washer & dryer, balcony, deck or patio. The community has a separate rental office with fitness and business center.<\/p>\n
