The Class B property was 94.2 percent occupied at the time of the sale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The seller, a California-based partnership, was represented by Walter Saad, Cathy Nabours and Logan Reichle of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbre.us\/o\/austin\/Pages\/austin-commercial-real-estate.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">CBRE\u2019s Austin<\/a> office.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&#8220;The transaction is representative of a developing Austin trend of long-term owners choosing to sell now,\u201d said Cathy Nabours, CBRE first vice president. \u201cVery few Class B office buildings traded in the last two market cycles.
