The ownership of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sabadellbank.com\/cs\/Satellite\/SabadellBank\/Home\/2000012021009\/en\/\">Sabadell Financial Center<\/a> has signed new leases with three companies that are new to the Miami scene. In addition, two extant tenants have renewed their lease agreements at the same time, pushing the grand total to 25,480 square feet. (1,466 square feet). Additionally, insurance brokerage <a href=\"https:\/\/www.howdenbrokers.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Howden<\/a> (3,336 square feet) and financial services firm Canepa (1,939 square feet) both renewed leases. Tere Blanca, Danet Linares and Juan Ruiz of <a href=\"https:\/\/blancacre.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Blanca Commercial Real Estate<\/a> represented the Sabadell Financial Center\u2019s ownership in the transactions. Shay Pope of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbre.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">CBRE<\/a> and Brad Chrischilles of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnlcre.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">CNL Commercial Real Estate<\/a> represented Kelley Kronenberg; Rashid Siahpoosh of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ngkf.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Newmark Grubb Knight Frank<\/a> represented ABS Holdings; and Pedro Hernandez of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.engelvoelkers.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Engel &amp; V\u00f6lkers<\/a> represented Metals, Inc. Financial terms of the agreements were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>Sabadell Financial Center is also home to companies like Sabadell United Bank, Telefonica USA, Ferragamo, Regus, and the law firms of Hunton &amp; Williams and Baker &amp; McKenzie.
