Lindner College of Business<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uc.edu\/\">The University of Cincinnati<\/a> has launched fundraising campaigns to finance two\u00a0projects worth more than $150 million.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The larger of the two is expected to cost more than $100 million and calls for the creation of a new home for the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business. Scheduled to be completed by the fall of 2018, it will deliver a more than 260,000-square-foot facility which will replace the current Russell C. Myers Alumni Center and Faculty Club building.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Lindner College&#8217;s current home at 2925 Campus Green Drive is nearly three decades old and unable to accommodate the college\u2019s rapid growth. School officials say that the new facility will help\u00a0promote growth and raise its profile at home and abroad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The second campaign aims to collect $54.6 million to help fund\u00a0construction of an outpatient facility dedicated to\u00a0treatment of neurological and psychiatric disorders. The building will be constructed on the site of the current Piedmont Mews apartment complex at 223 Piedmont Ave. In a statement, university officials described the facility as\u00a0\u201ca signature landmark on the main thoroughfare to the medical campus.\u201d Along with providing funds for\u00a0the new facility, the fundraising campaign will\u00a0help create new research programs, recruit\u00a0physicians and researchers, support new training fellowships and expand community-wide programming.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Several local philanthropists and foundations have already shown their support, including:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>James J. and Joan A. Gardner Family Foundation<\/li>\n<li>Farmer Family Foundation<\/li>\n<li>Anna &amp; Harold W. Huffman Foundation<\/li>\n<li>George J. Wile<\/li>\n<li>Harry C. Brown<\/li>\n<li>Marge and Charles J. Schott Foundation<\/li>\n<li>Neurosciences Foundation<\/li>\n<li>The Charles L. Shor Foundation<\/li>\n<li>Miriam R. Lurie<\/li>\n<li>Dorothy W.
