In spite of California\u2019s extreme drought, most real estate companies are experiencing a fruitful time in terms of their businesses in the greater Los Angeles area. The REMM Group<\/a> recently announced that starting with mid-June, the company expanded its portfolio considerably, by adding nine new multifamily communities. The properties are diverse, including three senior communities, one HUD property and some luxury units. The largest of the properties totals 221 residential units.<\/p>\n

The addition of the 864 multifamily units to REMM Group\u2019s holdings brings the company\u2019s management portfolio to more than 4,000 units. The new properties added by the company this summer are the following:<\/p>\n

  • Almansor Village Apartment Homes \u2013 403 Almansor Ave. in Alhambra.<\/li>\n
  • Arrow Village Apartments \u2013 18615 E. Arrow Highway in Covina.<\/li>\n
  • Casa Grande Senior Apartment Homes \u2013 801 Magnolia Ave. in Corona.<\/li>\n
  • Casa Pacifica Senior Apartment Homes \u2013 2201 S. Pacific Ave in Santa Ana.<\/li>\n
  • Cypress Park Apartment Homes \u2013 9591 Graham St. in Cypress.<\/li>\n
  • Park San Dimas Senior Apartment Homes \u2013 265 W Foothill Blvd. in San Dimas.<\/li>\n
  • South Olive Apartment Homes \u2013 241 S Olive in Alhambra.<\/li>\n
  • The Palms Apartment Homes \u2013 4829 W. 120th<\/sup> St. in Hawthorne.<\/li>\n
  • Villa Boutique Apartment Homes \u2013 1700 South Araby Drive in Palm Springs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    According to company CEO Sara D\u2019Elia, some of the properties will require renovations in order to reach current market standards.
