Casa Mirella, a 276-unit apartment complex located in the Orlando submarket of Windermere sold for $50 million\u2014the transaction value represents more than $181,000 per unit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.us.jll.com\/united-states\/en-us\/services\/investors\/capital-markets\" rel=\"nofollow\">JLL\u2019s Capital Markets<\/a> facilitated the sale with a team led by International Director Jubeen Vaghefi, Managing Director Matt Wilcox and Managing Director Denny St. Romain. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.raiaproperties.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Raia Properties<\/a> of Ramsey, NJ purchased the property. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/matrix.pi-ei.com\/PropertyDetail\/All?MarketID=45&amp;PropertyID=3174\" rel=\"nofollow\">Yardi Matrix<\/a>, the sale was subject to a $33 million loan held by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newyorklife.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">New York Life Insurance Company<\/a>, and Memphis, Tenn.-based <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unicorpusa.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Unicorp National Developments<\/a> was the seller.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Constructed in two phases between 2014 and 2015, Casa Mirella offers close proximity to some of the most renowned residential real estate, retail venues and healthcare centers in Orlando. Six floor plan options are available at the community with up to three bedrooms and two baths, ranging from 986 to 1,751 square feet in size.
