Three buildings at the Troy Hill Tech Center have new owners following two separate transactions. Transwestern<\/a>\u2019s Mid-Atlantic Investment Services Group handled both transactions worth a total of $34.15 million. ASB Real Estate Investments<\/a> sold the three properties to Boyd Watterson Asset Management LLC and Merritt Properties.<\/p>\n

Troy Hill Tech Center is comprised of 20 buildings offering around 800,000 square feet of space. The campus offers tenants direct access to the I-95, as well as the Baltimore\/Washington International Airport. The area is one of the most sought after industrial submarkets in the entire Baltimore\/Washington Corridor.<\/p>\n

7195 Troy Hill Drive<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Two buildings at 7145 and 7175 Troy Hill Drive have been purchased by Boyd Watterson Asset Management LLC. The two properties offer a total of 131,730 square feet of space. Meanwhile, Merritt Properties snapped up 7195 Troy Hill Drive, an asset totaling 43,273 square feet of space.<\/p>\n

According to Transwestern\u2019s Mid-Atlantic Investment Services Group Managing Director, Mark Glagola, the acquisitions were made since the properties represent \u201can attractive investment opportunity.\u201d Glagola also noted that the presence of Comcast as an anchor tenant was an important factor in the deals.<\/p>\n
