Located right next to a Whole Foods store currently under construction, the project will incorporate a mix of office, dining, fitness and entertainment space. Construction on the development, which is planned to exceed 200,000 square feet, is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Encore\u2019s new development will be conveniently located on South River Road, right in the heart of New Hampshire\u2019s business and retail hub. According to the company, the project is already seeing strong interest from both regional and national retailers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe property is strategically positioned along South River Road at the high-traffic intersection of Route 101 and Everett Turnpike,\u201d said Nicholas Barber, president of Encore Retail in a statement. \u201cIts close proximity and direct access to Whole Foods will create a regional destination for area residents.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Theodore Cryssicas of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ngkf.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Newmark Grubb Knight Frank<\/a> brokered the deal, and will also handle retail leasing.
