Joint venture partners <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trammellcrow.com\/EN\/Pages\/home.aspx\" rel=\"nofollow\">Trammell Crow Co.<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wcmadvisors.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Washington Capital Management<\/a> have inked a deal with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swedish.org\/\">Swedish Health Services<\/a> that completes the tenant roster of the newly renovated medical office building.<\/p>\n<p>The joint venture was represented by First Vice President Paul Carr, First Vice President Steve Perovich and Senior Associate Marcus Yamamoto with CBRE\u2019s Seattle office. It is as of yet unclear which areas of the refurbished asset Swedish Health Services will occupy, although the entity has already moved its Organ Transplant and Liver Center to the Pavilion\u2019s sixth floor.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_357623\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"width: 310px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/08\/First-Hill-Medical-Pavilion.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-357623\" title=\"First Hill Medical Pavilion\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/08\/First-Hill-Medical-Pavilion.jpg\" alt=\"First Hill Medical Pavilion \" width=\"300\" height=\"230\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">First Hill Medical Pavilion<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>First Hill Medical Pavilion occupies a full city block on Madison Street in the city\u2019s First Hill submarket. The 225,000-square-foot Class A asset\u2019s tenant roster also includes CellNetix and Theraclone. The new tenant will take more than 120,000 square feet.<\/p>\n<p>Trammell Crow and Washington Capital worked with architectural firm Collins Woerman and general contractor Lease Crutcher Lewis to give the asset new building MEP infrastructure, landscaping and plaza improvements; renovate the two-story main lobby; and implement a six-story 60,000-square-foot expansion.
