Called Stonehall, the new building is expected to cost about $35 million. It is designed to attract empty nesters and hundreds of new Walter Reed employees.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Duball expects to complete the ultra-luxury project in the third quarter of 2016. Stonehall will be a nine-story building located at the corner of Battery Lane and Woodmont Ave. in Bethesda. The property will include 46 residences ranging in size from 950 to 2,500 square feet. Pre-sales are expected to start this fall and, according to the development\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stonehallbethesda.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">website<\/a>, prices for two-bedroom units will start from $800,000, for three-bedrooms from $1.7 million and for penthouses from $2.3 million.
