Pandora Media<\/a> LLC, one the most popular diversified on-line music providers, is doubling its space at 125 Park Ave. in Manhattan.<\/p>\n

Owned by SL Green Realty Corp.<\/a>, the 26-story property is situated on the southeast corner of Park Avenue and 42nd Street, directly across the street from Grand Central Terminal.<\/p>\n

Pandora\u2019s 10+-year expansion agreement totals 51,065 square feet and covers the entire 21st and 22nd floors. The new space adds to the company\u2019s existing lease of the 19th and 20th floors, bringing its commitment within the building to more than 103,000 square feet.<\/p>\n

CBRE<\/a>\u2019s William Iacovelli and Ramsey Feher represented Pandora in the transaction, while Howard Tenenbaum and Gary Rosen assisted SL Green in-house.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe were delighted to work together again with Pandora to accommodate the company\u2019s rapid growth,\u201d Steven Durels, SL Green executive vice president, director of leasing, said. \u201cPandora constructed an extraordinary office environment for its employees which demonstrates the opportunity for creative tenants to maximize the convenience of well-located midtown buildings.\u201d<\/p>\n
