Tarek El Gammal, Ashley Bishop, and JC Darby of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.southeastventure.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Southeast Venture<\/a> in Nashville represented both the buyer, a <a href=\"https:\/\/thebeachcompany.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Beach Company<\/a> affiliate, and the seller, CGM Partners, in the sales transaction; the price tag remains undisclosed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The lot is located on Cumberland River at Charlotte Pike and Cabot Drive, near the intersection of US Highway 70 and I-40, and adjacent to Brookmeade Park and Greenway. To the east the tract benefits from Nashville West shopping center that houses Target, Costco, and Publix and to the west is has Lowes and Walmart.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cThe property is elevated on a bluff along the Cumberland River. Across the river from the site is Bells Bend Park, a rural preserve with farmland and nature trails. The river and pastureland views make this a highly desirable place to live, and it is only 15 minutes to downtown Nashville,\u201d said Ned Miller, development manager at Beach Company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The future community has Nashville-based Southeast Venture providing the architecture and interior design services. Amenities will include a riverfront clubroom and pool, fitness center, pet park, and trails.
