The four-story building will offer 144 units divided into 72 one-bedroom units, 56 two-bedroom units, and 16 three-bedroom units ranging in size from 675 square feet to 1,265 square feet. Rents will start at $1,000 and go up to $2,000 per month.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Amenities of the new community will include a swimming pool, lush landscaping, parking, clubhouse, fitness center, a multi-purpose room for Zumba and yoga classes, a conference room, and a full kitchen for catering events.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cWe think the greatest amenity we have to offer at this location is its convenience to the rest of the Seven Springs community.
