Its components include 302 apartments, 300,000 square feet of office space and 225,000 square feet of retail space.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oakley Station&#8217;s developer, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanhold.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Vandercar Holdings Inc.<\/a>, announced the signing of Kroger as an anchor for the development&#8217;s retail section in 2013, and work on the store started in June 2014.
