Living Leo Apartment Community, Frankfurt<\/p><\/div>\n

formart GmbH & Co. KG<\/a> has held a topping-out ceremony for its new Living Leo residential development in Frankfurt.<\/p>\n

The project is being built on Leonardo-da-Vinci-Allee in the Rebstock area of Frankfurt\u2019s Bockenheim district, a green, yet central city location. The community comprises a mix of 167 two- to five-room condominiums across eight buildings, as well as 169 below-grade parking spaces. Construction is expected to be complete by fall 2016.<\/p>\n

“We are seeing that the ‘back to the city’ trend is becoming increasingly popular with our clients. Their desire to live in a green setting yet be close to the city center is becoming more and more evident. As such, we want our Living Leo project to harmonize our clients\u2019 wishes with regards to their living and working worlds,\u201d Andreas Gr\u00e4f, formart managing director, said in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n

Living Leo is located west of the city center, immediately adjacent to Rebstockpark, an area that is gradually becoming more vibrant. According to Ralf Werner, branch manager of formart Rhine-Main, an elementary school has opened directly opposite the upcoming community and come December, there will be a supermarket and other stores in the immediate neighborhood.<\/p>\n

The new residences range from 505 square feet (47 square meters) to 1560 square feet (145 square meters) and sell for $391 per square foot (or 3,800 euros per square meter). All of the units feature a balcony or terrace, as well as USB sockets and a high-performance HomeWay multimedia cabling system. All of the buildings meet the KfW-55 standard, as set out in the valid Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV 2009).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
