The deal closed on July 29.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This is the second time the property has changed owners in less than two years. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\" rel=\"nofollow\">PropertyShark<\/a> reports that Oak Street purchased the asset on December 26, 2013, from Taft Offices L.L.C., an entity controlled by <a href=\"https:\/\/neyer.com\" rel=\"nofollow\">Al Neyer<\/a>. Since then, the building\u2019s price has jumped more than $7 million.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hamiltoncountyohio.gov\" >Hamilton County<\/a>, 237 William Howard Taft Rd. was constructed in 1960 on an 8-acre site. It has four floors and offers a total of 177,673 rentable square feet. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thechristhospital.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" >Christ Hospital<\/a> leased about 150,000 square feet of space and moved into the facility in 2012.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The sale is the latest in a series of significant transactions that have unfolded in Greater Cincinnati this summer, such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/cities\/cincinnati\/l-a-investor-buys-big\/1004124142.html\" >the acquisition of the industrial building<\/a> located at 8878-8910 Le Saint Drive in West Chester Township or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lonestarfunds.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" >Lone Star<\/a>\u2019s acquisition of the 295-key <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/cities\/cincinnati\/lone-star-gobbles-up-more-properties-2\/1004122891.html\" >Cincinnati Marriott North<\/a> and that of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/cities\/cincinnati\/lone-star-bets-on-cincinnati-offices\/1004122792.html\" >three office buildings<\/a> formerly owned by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eqcre.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" >Equity Commonwealth<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Photo credit: Hamilton County<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Another Cincinnati office building has recently changed hands.
