The deal was announced by<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/abimultifamily.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" >ABI Multifamily<\/a><\/strong>, a dedicated multifamily brokerage and advisory services firm.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_356445\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"width: 310px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/07\/Morningside-Apartment-Homes.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-356445\" title=\"Morningside Apartment Homes\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/07\/Morningside-Apartment-Homes.jpg\" alt=\"Morningside Apartment Homes\" width=\"300\" height=\"240\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Morningside Apartment Homes<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The apartment community is located within the North Scottsdale submarket at 10455 East Via Linda Road, and features one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with a weighted average size of 1,019 square feet. The community was acquired by Santa Monica-based Wood River Properties for $28 million. The ABI Multifamily brokerage team of Alon Shnitzer, John Kobierowski, Rue Bax, Dough Lazovick and Eddie Chang represented both the buyer and the seller, FSC Realty of Beverly Hills, CA.
