Charlotte-based Crescent Communities<\/a> recently celebrated the groundbreaking of a new mixed-use development in the iconic Music Row district of Nashville.<\/p>\n

Crescent Music Row is a combination of customizable residential units and 7,000 square feet of retail space. Located on 2.1 acres at 1205 Division St., the property is at the epicenter of Music Row and The Gulch districts. Residents can choose from 275 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, as well as VIP penthouses with custom finishes and two-story height ceilings.<\/p>\n

Besides the usual amenities such as a resort-style pool, a saltwater pool, an outdoor grilling area, and a rooftop observation deck, the mixed-use development promises unique features such as a professional-quality recording studio and a live performance venue that can accommodate up to 50 people.<\/p>\n

Financed with funds from Crescent equity and construction loans by Citizens Bank and Lincoln Financial, the development’s architect is\u00a0Lord Aeck Sargent<\/a>. Vignette Interior Design<\/a> will be handling interior design, Land Design will tackle landscape architecture, and Balfour Beatty<\/a>\u00a0will act as general contractor.<\/p>\n
