The Embassy Suites Austin Central became the property of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sbcos.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" >Stonebridge Cos<\/a>., as previously reported by <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/cities\/austin\/facelift-in-store-for-central-corridor-hotel\/1004123290.html\" >Commercial Property Executive<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The price tag for the three assets was of $90 million, and proceeds will be used by FelCor to repay outstanding debt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The sale is part of FelCor\u2019s portfolio repositioning plan. To date, the company has sold 38 non-strategic hotels with gross proceeds of $884 million.
