Features include 32-foot clear heights, 41 dock doors, two drive-in doors, 38 trailer parking spaces and ample parking.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThis building is ideally suited for businesses in a variety of industries and sizes,\u201d Steve Kros, executive vice president at Ridge, said in a prepared statement. \u201cAdditionally, the project\u2019s location in the center of the Baltimore-Washington corridor makes it ideal for regional distribution.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">DDR Development, an affiliate of <a title=\"Principal Real Estate Investors\" href=\"https:\/\/www.principalglobal.com\/principal-real-estate-investors\" >Principal Real Estate Investors<\/a> LLC, is the owner of the speculative project. The company has retained Transwestern Senior Vice Presidents Tom Gentner and Brian Watts to provide leasing services.
