grand opening<\/a> of a new single-family community in Groveland, the Orlando-based company broke news about another community nearing completion in Central Florida. Construction of the Sorrento Springs golf course community has entered its final phase which will add 30 home sites. The latest additions will range in size from 1,695 square feet to 3,237 square feet of living area, and will be priced from $183,999 to $245,999, according to co-president Matt Orosz.<\/p>\nOff SR 44A in Sorrento, Lake County, Sorrento Springs is located just eight miles from downtown Mount Dora, in close proximity to Lake Mary and an hour north of Orlando. It will offer one- and two-story homes with three to six bedrooms and two to four baths, which will be available in eight different configurations. The list of community amenities includes the Eagle Dunes 18-hole golf course and club, a resort style swimming pool, a clubhouse, fitness center, pavilion, playground and two tennis courts.<\/p>\n
The developer is a family-owned firm \u2014 the successor of Cambridge Homes which has built more than 14,000 homes in Central Florida over the past 30 years. Founded in 2011, Royal Oak ranks among the Orlando area\u2019s most active home builders and is currently working in 17 communities.<\/p>\n
