It seems like hospitals like to build in Springboro right now.<\/p>\n

Just days after Dayton Children\u2019s Hospital announced plans to start work on a $47.5 million expansion<\/a> of its Springboro Outpatient Care Center and Urgent Care, the Kettering Health Network has revealed new details about Springboro Health Center, the $9 million medical office building it intends to build just down the road from the Dayton Children’s project.<\/p>\n

The Dayton Business Journal<\/em> reports<\/a> that Kettering plans to break ground July 21 on the new facility. Scheduled for completion early next summer, the project calls for a two-story, 31,300-square-foot building on an undeveloped parcel at the northwest corner of State Route 741 and Pennyroyal Road. Kettering acquired the land in 2006 for $1.2 million.<\/p>\n

Kettering will offer primary care, family practice, internal medicine and OB\/GYN services, as well as outpatient care.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
