China&#8217;s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/english.cscec.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">CSCEC<\/a>\u00a0made its first step into the state this month through the acquisition of Broadstone Post Oak, a five-story, Class A multifamily community in Houston.<\/p>\n<p>The asset was acquired for an undisclosed amount through CSCEC\u2019s US-based investment platform, Strategic Capital.<\/p>\n<p>The deal was announced by the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbre.com\/EN\/Pages\/Home.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">CBRE<\/a> Capital Markets\u2019 Investment Properties team of Ryan Epstein, Clint Duncan and Wes Breeding.
