The Baltimore-based developer has already started work on the project and expects to complete it by the end of the year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">St. John\u2019s plans call for the construction of 9,500 square feet of additional retail space within the Windsor Office Park, a 63,000-square-foot development located in the county\u2019s Windsor Mill section. The project is developed at 2835 N. Rolling Rd., adjacent to an existing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wawa.com\" >Wawa<\/a>. It is designed to complement the local business community and its corporate neighbors. These include the Social Security Administration, Northrop Grumman Systems, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, as well as the Baltimore office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. A number of other business parks and residential areas are also located within close proximity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe submarket immediately surrounding Windsor Office Park remains under-retailed as employees working in surrounding business parks continue to seek new restaurant and shopping amenities that they can access during their lunch time,\u201d Bill Holzman, Vice President of Retail Leasing at St. John Properties, explained in a news release.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The developer did not reveal the cost of the project. St. John plans to bring fast-casual restaurants, consumer and business services, and small boutiques to occupy the 9,500 square feet.
