The three-acre property is currently home to a commercial office building, an Applebee\u2019s restaurant and a medical office building. It encompasses 100 N. Washington St., 127 E. Broad St. and 130 E. Broad St.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/07\/MVA-edited-Eye-level-view-watercolor.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-354438 alignleft\" title=\"Broad &amp; Washington LLC, Insight Property Group, Kiddar Metz\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/07\/MVA-edited-Eye-level-view-watercolor.jpg\" alt=\"Broad &amp; Washington LLC, Insight Property Group, Kiddar Metz\" width=\"300\" height=\"177\" \/><\/a>The joint venture plans to transform the site into a \u201cwalkable and bike-friendly mixed-use setting.\u201d It intends to construct more than 100,000 square feet of commercial space, including a grocery anchor, 36,000 square feet of office space, restaurants and retail stores. There will also be 324 apartments for young professionals, Millennials and empty nesters, as well as a four-level, underground parking garage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The developers did not reveal how much they plan to invest in the project.
