Recently, the New York City-based firm announced the acquisition of two Class B office buildings from a Dallas investor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to data provided by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property-Report\/?propkey=12563972\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">PropertyShark<\/a>, Valor Capital bought the Wells Fargo Building at 2028 E. Ben White Blvd. and Centre Creek Plaza at 1812 Centre Creek Drive from Rancho Texas 20 Investments L.P. MLK Real Estate Capital handled the equity financing on behalf of the buyer. Terms of the transaction were undisclosed.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_354545\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\" style=\"width: 310px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/07\/Centre-Creek-Plaza.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-354545\" title=\"Centre Creek Plaza\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/07\/Centre-Creek-Plaza.jpg\" alt=\"The Centre Creek Plaza\" width=\"300\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Centre Creek Plaza<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The two properties offer more than 112,000 rentable square feet, and even though they are located in different submarkets\u2013southeast and northeast\u2013they are similar in size and vintage. Wells Fargo Building is a five-story building built in 1985 that sits on a 3.5 acre-site and encompasses about 54,867 square feet.
