The next milestone comes July 22, when the county Board of Supervisors is scheduled to consider rezoning the site.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Edge Development has not disclosed the project&#8217;s cost, but says that it plans a phased buildout that will include 115 single-family lots, 131 townhomes, 286 apartments and 200,000 square feet of commercial space.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Jesse Clark, a co-managing partner with Edge Development, told <em>Richmond BizSense<\/em>, that the project will also include transportation improvements, the installation of more than 3,800 feet of sewer line extensions and 4,000 feet of water line extensions. Single-family homes will be at least 1,600 square feet in size, not counting garages, and prices will range from the low $300,000s to the $500,000s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">According to Clark, if the Board of Supervisors approves the rezoning this month, construction could start in six to 12 months.
