The small city owes much of its prosperity to the presence of Texas A&amp;M University, which has had a tremendous impact on the local economy.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_353750\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"width: 250px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/06\/Woodlands-of-College-Station.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-353750 \" title=\"Woodlands of College Station\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/06\/Woodlands-of-College-Station.jpg\" alt=\"Woodlands of College Station\" width=\"240\" height=\"180\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Woodlands of College Station<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.berkadia.com\/default.aspx\" rel=\"nofollow\" >Berkadia<\/a> announced that it has originated a $34.1 million loan for Woodlands of College Station, a 276-unit student housing community located at 1725 Harvey Mitchell Parkway. The community, which consists of 21 buildings, offers two-, three- and four-bedroom layouts and includes amenities such as study areas, a cyber caf\u00e9, basketball and volleyball courts, a fitness center and a resort pool.<\/p>\n<p>The borrower was an undisclosed company from San Diego, which will use the loan to refinance the asset\u2019s existing debt.
