\"Gateway<\/a>CBRE announced that it has arranged two leases on behalf of Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management in the Baltimore Washington Corridor. The deals total more than 220,000 square feet of space.<\/p>\n

According to CBRE, Zust Bachmeier of Switzerland, Inc. has signed a lease for 99,508 square feet of space in the industrial facility at 1353 Charwood Rd., in Techwood Business Park at Baltimore Commons. The international freight forwarding company is already a tenant of the Hanover business park. It is currently located at 1349 Charwood Rd. Zust Bachmeier will expand into the new space starting July 1. Techwood Business Park offers its tenants 24-foot clear ceiling heights, 30-by-46 foot column spacing, 13 loading docks with one drive-in, and abundant trailer parking.<\/p>\n

The second company to sign a lease with Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management is National Retail Systems, Inc. The family-owned company includres Keystone Freight Corporation and National Retail Transportation, Inc. It will occupy 122,044 square feet of space at 8700 Robert Fulton Drive, in Columbia\u2019s Gateway Commerce Center. National Retail Systems will use the property to provide logistics support for TJ Maxx.<\/p>\n

Gateway Commerce Center was constructed in 1971 and remodeled in 1997. It offers about 700,000 square feet of space, close to the Baltimore\/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport and with easy access to the entire Mid-Atlantic corridor by way of I-95.<\/p>\n
