\"\"<\/a>The hospitality giant Hyatt\u2019s newest full-service lifestyle brand designed for business and leisure travelers debuts in Miami Beach. Hyatt Centric South Beach is the second property worldwide to fly the Hyatt Centric flag \u2013\u00a0the first one opened in Chicago<\/a> in April. The company introduced the new brand in January and proposed the opening of more than 15 locations for this summer in cities including New York, Atlanta and Paris.<\/p>\n

The 105-room facility at 1600 Collins Avenue is the result of the teamwork of Hyatt Hotels Corp., Miami-based development group Robert Finvarb Cos. and its partner David Martins. Kobi Karp was the architect in charge of the 10-story glass tower sitting above a historic Art Deco fa\u00e7ade. The hotel features a Spanish-Mediterranean restaurant called \u201cDECK sixteen,\u201d a fitness center and a number of off-site amenities.<\/p>\n

Beside leisure travelers, Hyatt Centric South Beach also has business guests in its sights, and has numerous amenities specially at their disposal. On the second floor, business travelers have access to a boardroom where they can hold meetings. The hotel also allows for all-day connectivity with complimentary wireless Internet. State-of-the-art Bluetooth-enabled TV systems with full audio and visual services are also available throughout the property.<\/p>\n
