With real estate capital flowing through the veins of Seattle these days, a new opportunity only recently presented itself for those investors who crave a shot at owning a Seattle residential high-rise. Wood Partners has contracted with CBRE to market and broker the listing of one of its most recent multifamily projects in the area.<\/p>\n

Located in the hot Belltown submarket, Wood Partne\"Dimension<\/a>rs\u2019 Dimension building is currently more than 80 percent occupied. The building was completed last fall at the corner of Cedar and Third, and quickly became part of the city\u2019s multifamily landscape.<\/p>\n

Dimension offers residents a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments that feature a European-inspired aesthetic. The building was designed by Hewitt Architects of Seattle to illustrate a very specific idea that Wood Partners had for the project: a combination of marketing, design and operations that would mirror the creation of mass consumer products. One of the most substantial testaments of this approach is the Ground Floor Project.<\/p>\n

The Ground Floor Project is an initiative that\u2019s meant to bring the residents closer to the facilities, which allow stage design and event planning to take at place on the building\u2019s ground floor. The project has been influenced by input from the area\u2019s artistic scene and the neighborhood.
