\"\"<\/a>AWH Partners L.L.C. and Building and Land Technology have teamed up to grab DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld, a prime International Drive hotel.<\/p>\n

The 28-acre, 1,004-room property is adjacent to SeaWorld near abundant attractions, restaurants, retail and the recently opened Orlando Eye. The area is also home to the Orange County Convention Center complex.<\/p>\n

AWH and Building and Land, which bought the DoubleTree in an off-market transaction, also acquired the 536-key Dallas Westin Park Central earlier this year. As with the Dallas property, the partners plan an extensive renovation. The upgrades will affect guest rooms, meeting spaces, public areas and grounds. Highlights will include an outdoor event pavilion, pre-function spaces, and several ballrooms to enhance the hotel\u2019s conference center. The facility currently offers 60,000 square feet of meeting and event space.<\/p>\n

AWH Development will oversee the renovations and Spire Hospitality will manage operations under a franchise agreement with Hilton Worldwide.<\/p>\n
