The firm plans to break ground in the next two months on One Legacy West, a 14-story, 327,856-square-foot office tower. The project will rise on an 11-acre tract located at the southeast corner of Legacy Drive and Highway 121 and will be 15 minutes away from DFW Airport and the Addison Executive Airport and 25 minutes away from Downtown.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_351119\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"width: 220px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/05\/One-Legacy-West-Terrace-Deck.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-351119 \" title=\"One Legacy West Terrace Deck\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/05\/One-Legacy-West-Terrace-Deck.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"210\" height=\"152\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">One Legacy West Terrace Deck<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Upon completion, the Class A tower will feature amenities such as an on-site management and engineering team; a 24-hour on-site officer and card key access; a conference center; a fitness center; a tenant lounge and game area; and a concierge. The tower was designed by Morrison Dilworth + Walls and is LEED Gold certifiable.<\/p>\n<p>The tower will be situated near the new headquarters of FedEx and Toyota. As<em> <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/regions\/southwest\/toyotas-u-s-hq-moving-to-plano-texas\/1004095640.html\"><em>Commercial Property Executive<\/em><\/a><em> <\/em>has reported, Toyota announced last year that it will be moving its North American headquarters and about 4,000 jobs to Plano.
