Colliers International\u2019s Phoenix office represented the seller, LC Coffee of Lincoln, Neb.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_349750\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"width: 310px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/05\/Orchard-Pointe-at-Arrowhead-Rendering.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-349750\" title=\"Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead Rendering\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/05\/Orchard-Pointe-at-Arrowhead-Rendering.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"129\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead Rendering<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead will offer 100 units, 82 of them dedicated to assisted living and 18 to memory care.
