\"\"<\/a>New details have emerged regarding Toll Brothers\u2019 previously announced 600-acre, master-planned community in northwest Houston. According to a recent press statement, the residential community has been dubbed NorthGrove at Spring Creek and will open for sale in February 2016.<\/p>\n

Located southwest of the Woodlands in the Magnolia area, NorthGrove at Spring Creek\u00a0will be less than five minutes away from the Creekside Park Village Center, the future Tomball Business and Technology Park, the Woodlands Parkway Shopping Center and the ExxonMobil Campus.<\/p>\n

Upon completion, the community will include about 850 single-family homes, 40 percent of which are being developed by Toll Brothers. As Commercial Property Executive<\/em><\/a> reported in August 2014, in the first phase, the firm will develop 160 lots ranging between 60 and 85 feet, with home prices starting in the mid-$300s.<\/p>\n
