Construction on the $15 million project is expected to begin later this year and be complete by 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Within walking distance to the Fashion Mall at Keystone, the Hampton Inn and Suites at 8980 River Crossing Boulevard will offer guests easy access to a variety of restaurants and shops, as well as offices and trails. It will be owned by PK Partners and operated by Schahet Hotels Inc.<\/p>\n<p>Amenities will include free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, a 24-hour business center with complimentary printing, and an 800-square-foot meeting space that can accommodate up to 50 people. The pet-friendly rooms and inviting suites will be equipped with the brand&#8217;s signature Clean and Fresh Hampton bed, 42-inch LCD TV, microwave and coffeemaker.<\/p>\n<p>According to the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibj.com\/articles\/52859-hampton-inn-slated-for-keystone-at-the-crossing\" rel=\"nofollow\">Indianapolis Business Journal<\/a><\/em>, the five-story hotel is part of the $80 million River North at Keystone mixed-use development, on which PK Partners broke ground in March.
