Together, the buildings at 1876 Waycross Road and 1880 Waycross Road offer more than 270,000 square feet of office space. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cincinnati.com\/story\/money\/2015\/04\/28\/ameritas-celebrates-projects-forest-park\/26471995\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><em>Cincinnati Enquirer<\/em><\/a> reports that the Lincoln, Neb.-based financial services company invested about $17 million in the projects.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ameritas broke ground on 1876 Waycross in June 2013 and completed it last September. It delivered a 70,000-square-foot facility, which is currently home to about 350 Ameritas associates. Crescent Springs-based Toebben Cos. handled construction; PCA Architecture of Covington, Ky., served as the architect.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Earlier this year, Ameritas completed the renovation of its 201,000-square-foot facility at 1880 Waycross. The project added a new cafeteria, a remodeled conference center and a new fitness center.
