Or, to be precise, two hotels. The Hampton Inn &amp; Suites Cincinnati-Downtown and the Homewood Suites by Hilton Cincinnati-Downtown are both located in the historic Cincinnati Enquirer building at 617 Vine St.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Built in 1926, the 14-story property was the city\u2019s first Art Deco building, featuring large, arched windows and a grand lobby, and is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places. SREE Hotels, L.L.C. is the owner and developer of the dual-branded hotel. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wlwt.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" ><em>WLWT.com<\/em><\/a><em>,<\/em> the company spent about $40 million on the renovation and conversion.<\/p>\n<p>The dual-branded hotel offers 144 guest rooms at the Hampton and 105 at the Homewood Suites. It is located near the central business district and many popular attractions.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement, Hilton said that the dual-brand concept led to the creation of larger communal areas, which would have been standard at a stand-alone property. Each hotel has its own lobby, lodging and dining areas, as well as its own amenity package.
