Upon completion, the new building will offer a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom units, with monthly rents ranging from $950 to $1,650.<\/p>\n<p>Amenities will include a swimming pool, fountain, fire pit, grilling stations, community garden, dog park and fenced-in basketball court. On the ground floor, there will be garage parking, as well as a bicycle storage room and electric car-charging stations.<\/p>\n<p>Residents will also have access to a lounge, billiards room, convenience store, exercise classroom, fitness center, as well as conference and media rooms. Furthermore, on the building\u2019s rooftop deck, there will be a kitchen area and meeting space for catering events.<\/p>\n<p>The apartment project marks Herman &amp; Kittle\u2019s first foray into the city\u2019s booming downtown residential market.<\/p>\n<p>Last June, the company purchased the 2.6-acre site of the development from sisters Gina and Tina LaGrotte, who listed the property for $1.85 million through Colliers International.
