This is the company\u2019s first development project in San Antonio, with two more following in Alamo Heights and South Town.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The homes, at 350 E. Olmos Drive, will offer as many as four bedrooms and three bathrooms, ranging in size from 1,869 to 2,390 square feet. Prices start at $549,000 and go up to $669,000. The company expects to deliver about five houses by the end of the year, with the rest to follow in 2016 and early 2017.<a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/04\/Olmos-Drive.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-340142\" title=\"Olmos Drive\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/04\/Olmos-Drive.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"197\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The community\u2019s look combines contemporary design with traditional architecture, incorporating design elements of local Spanish Eclectic style and modern planning techniques such as large open kitchens and floor plans.
