The company plans to replace the outdated two-story asset with a 60,000-square-foot office building, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tulsaworld.com\/business\/realestate\/million-upscale-office-development-coming-to-skelly-drive\/article_c7450a5e-17e8-5f88-b527-29631bd9f6a7.html?mode=story\" rel=\"nofollow\"> Tulsa World reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Built in the 1970s, the 2800 Center encompasses 36,708 square feet of office space. Developers expect to attract medical tenants to the new building, since the site is between St. Francis Hospital and St. Johns Hospital. Petrous Group is collaborating with Moab Development on the project, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tulsaworld.com\/business\/realestate\/million-upscale-office-development-coming-to-skelly-drive\/article_c7450a5e-17e8-5f88-b527-29631bd9f6a7.html?mode=story\" rel=\"nofollow\">Tulsa World<\/a>. Redevelopment coss are estimated at $10 million.<\/p>\n<p>Petrous Group\u2019s CEO, John Rupe, told reporters that many buildings in the area have suffered following the completion of the I-44 expansion last year.
