According to recent reports, the commercial and multifamily real estate development and construction company intends to start work soon on two projects in the Dayton and Cincinnati metro areas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/dayton\/news\/2015\/03\/25\/miller-valentine-plans-192-unit-residential.html?iana=ind_rre\" rel=\"nofollow\" ><em>The Dayton Business Journal<\/em><\/a> reports that Miller-Valentine is looking to build a 192-unit residential development in the Carriage Trails area of Huber Heights. The as-yet unnamed multi-family community will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom units, as well as luxury amenities, such as a pool and outdoor fireplace. The cost of the project was not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dave Liette, president of residential development for Miller-Valentine, told the Dayton Business Journal that the company hopes to start work in August, and open the first building in the late spring of 2016. Liette added that rents will range between $900 and $1,100 per month.<\/p>\n<p>Miller-Valentine is also under contract to buy the largest piece of undeveloped land in Liberty Township, and, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/cincinnati\/news\/2015\/03\/25\/exclusive-miller-valentine-developing-massive.html?iana=ind_cre&amp;page=all\" rel=\"nofollow\" ><em>Cincinnati Business Courier<\/em><\/a>, it is planning a large mixed-use project there.<\/p>\n<p>The 88-acre site is located on Cox Road in Butler County. Hen-Jur L.L.C., the site\u2019s current owner, purchased it in 2002 for $5 million. Brian Copfer, senior vice president of Miller-Valentine, told the Business Courier that the deal is expected to close next year, but he declined to disclose either the sale price or the cost of the project. Site and infrastructure work could start in about 12 months.<\/p>\n<p>The development project has not yet been named and is referred to as the Liberty Project. Miller-Valentine is still working on conceptual plans for the property. Although the site is zoned for office, medical office, hotels and retail, the project could also feature a residential component.<\/p>\n<p>DTZ will be the listing agent for the project.
