All units will include floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding-glass doors, spacious glass-balcony terraces, and double door entry walk-in closets. Additionally, units will offer top-of-the-line stainless steel Bosch appliances; European styled cabinetry and lifestyle kitchens complete with breakfast bars that open up to living and dining areas for entertaining purposes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe lobby will have red leather walls, mixed with gray suede walls and beautiful marble, so it\u2019s very modern with great color pallets,\u201d Ojeda said. The Bond\u2019s collection of original works of art will also include three metal-weave sculptures by Miami artist Tatiana Blanco.<\/p>\n<p>Amenities include a pool deck with a T-shaped pool, a bamboo wood deck, three summer kitchens with individual outside living rooms complete with barbeques and flat screen TVs, a fire pit, spa, library and a state-of-the-art fitness center.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe also have a room we call the Parliament Room, which is more of a lounge where residents can hang out with friends,\u201d Ojeda added. \u201cThere\u2019s a pool table, a card table, and it\u2019s a rec room for adults.
