It is a 10+ million-square-foot Town Center development in North London,\u201d Wong added. \u201cThat is a giant opportunity, which will be a top priority for us.\u00a0Being builders, we do have several other initiatives underway and expect to make additional announcements in the near term.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to Wong, while the London property sector is currently awash in capital for all kinds of deals and projects, what the city really needs is skills and solutions, and for that reason, the partnership made sense.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMoney is an important ingredient but by itself it doesn\u2019t solve problems,\u201d he said. \u201cWe and Argent have all the skills and a range of solutions, from creating attractive new destinations in overlooked locations, to building over rail tracks, to curating great retail and restaurants, to a range of housing offerings, affordable to luxury, to buy or to rent.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pre-existing development arrangements and investments on both sides, including Argent\u2019s on-going role in building out King\u2019s Cross, and managing the development of Paradise Circus in Birmingham and Airport City in Manchester, will be unaffected by the new joint venture.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An English company and an American real estate giant have come together to form an international joint venture.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":451,"featured_media":1004114644,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[21783,21742],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1004114640","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-investment","category-latest"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v28.0 (Yoast SEO v28.0) -
