\"\"<\/a>Ray Fogg Corporate Properties LLC plans to expand in Euclid. The Brooklyn Heights-based real estate developer said at the end of February that it will start work on Bluestone Business Center II “as soon as the weather breaks.”<\/p>\n

Bluestone Business Center II will be the second building in Bluestone Business Park, an industrial park located at the E. 260th Street exit of I-90\/Rt. 2. The first building, the 102,000-square-foot Bluestone Business Center I, opened in late 2013. According to Fogg, that property reached full occupancy less than a year after completion.<\/p>\n

The second office\/warehouse building will be larger than the first, but it will have similar architecture and the same physical features. Bluestone Business Center II will offer 127,020 square feet of space, clear heights of 32 feet, ESFR sprinklers, abundant truck access and office floor plans to suit. Fogg expects the building to be ready for occupancy late this summer. Crain\u2019s Cleveland<\/em><\/a> reports that the construction project will cost more than $6 million.<\/p>\n

Fogg purchased the 80-acre site in 2009. There is another 65 acres of land available for future development. On its website, Fogg said that all projects in the park will be green, with at least LEED Silver certification.<\/p>\n
