\"\"<\/a>Sealy & Co. just increased its regional footprint through the acquisition of the Hacks Cross Distribution Center located in Desoto County, Miss.\u00a0 At the time of the acquisition, the 240,000-square-foot distribution center was fully leased by hardlines distributor Orgill Inc.<\/p>\n

The purchase was made for the commercial real estate investment and operating company’s investment offering Sealy Strategic Equity Partners (SSEP). SSEP targets Class A, B and C industrial assets in the Southeast, Southwest and South-Central U.S. According to the company\u2019s official website, their target investments are distribution centers, warehouses, office service centers, flex warehouses, land, in-fill sites and developed land tracts.<\/p>\n
