\"\"<\/a>In a $7.3 million deal, Becknell Industrial has acquired a Class A industrial property in Forest Park from Brennan Investment Group L.L.C.<\/p>\n

Indianapolis-based Becknell also acquired land for expansion of the 149,760-square-foot facility, which is located on a 15-acre site at 1680 Carillon Blvd. The facility was designed for National Bedding Company L.L.C., which uses it to assemble and distribute Serta mattresses.<\/p>\n

CBRE Group Inc.\u2019s Ted Staszak and Mike Caprile represented Brennan in the transaction, which closed on Dec. 23, according to PropertyShark<\/em><\/a>. Brennan bought the asset in the fall of 2011 for $6.1 million from Cincinnati United Contractors Inc., PropertyShark reported.<\/p>\n

As of mid-January, Becknell owned interests in 117 properties totaling more than 12 million square feet. Brennan\u2019s portfolio encompasses more than 20 million square feet of assets in 22 states. Scott McKibben, Brennan\u2019s co-founder and managing principal, said in a statement that Brennan will pursue further investment opportunities in the greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky markets.<\/p>\n
