\"\"<\/a>Liberty Center, the $350 million mixed-use project under construction in Liberty Township, has signed its latest retail tenants. Flip Side, a gourmet burger restaurant, and the Funny Bone Comedy Club and Restaurant, will join a lineup that includes Dillard\u2019s, Dick\u2019s Sporting Goods, Cobb Cin\u00e9Bistro, Brio Tuscan Grille, Cheesecake Factory, Kona Grill and Pie & Pints.<\/p>\n

Steiner + Associates is developing the 1.2 million-square-foot project on a 64-acre site at the newly constructed $55 million interchange at I-75 and Ohio State Route 129. Liberty Center\u2019s first phase is scheduled to open Oct. 8. The project will include 280,000 square feet of anchor retail, 375,000 square feet of specialty retail and 100,000 square feet of restaurant space. Also planned are 24o residential units, 75,000 square feet of office space and the region\u2019s first AC Hotels by Marriott, which will provide 130 guest rooms.<\/p>\n

Making its Greater Cincinnati debut, Flip Side will occupy 3,500 square feet at Liberty Center. The restaurant chain offers craft beers, shakes and burgers made exclusively with Ohio-raised, grass-fed beef. The Funny Bone Comedy Club and Restaurant will offer a full food and beverage menu in addition to stand-up comedy.<\/p>\n

Steiner + Associates CEO Yaromir Steiner said in a statement that more retail and entertainment tenants will be announced later this year.<\/p>\n
