\"\"<\/a>MadMar Flats, a 272-unit apartment community under construction in Cincinnati\u2019s Oakley neighborhood, is on track for the first move-ins this fall, announced the project\u2019s developer, Indianapolis-based Buckingham Cos.<\/p>\n

Named for its location at Madison Road and Marburg Avenue, MadMar Flats will consist of seven three-story buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Featured amenities will include a clubhouse, dog park, fitness center, a movie and gaming lounge, a pool and a sundeck. Indianapolis-based Buckingham plans to submit the project for LEED certification.<\/p>\n

According to the development\u2019s website<\/em><\/a>, units will range in size from 777 square feet to 1,515 square feet. Rents will vary from $1,304 to $2,106 per month. Each apartment will be equipped with dishwasher, granite countertops, hardwood floors and washer\/dryers.<\/p>\n

MadMar Flats is only one of a flurry of multifamily projects planned or under construction in metropolitan Cincinnati. \u00a0Last month, developer Ray Schneider revealed plans to start work on a $25 million, 250-unit development in Madisonville. Two other projects were announced in December. Together, they will bring almost 500 new units to Greater Cincinnati.<\/p>\n
